If you are a Parishioner of St. Mark and would like to reserve space for a meeting or an event on the St. Mark Campus, you must first submit a “Facilities Request Request”. Please view the St. Mark Facility Rental Agreement to consider the terms before requesting the use of our facility. Please submit a request electronically using the request form on this page.
The St. Mark Campus features several small adult meeting rooms in addition to Msgr. Schafer Hall. All requests are pending based upon availability and approval by the Parish Office. Confirmation of the assigned space will be communicated via email, and prioritized in the order listed below:

Parishioner & Social Events (Msgr. Schafer Hall & cafeteria only)
All Parishioner Social Events are required to sign a rental policy agreement, pay deposit and rental fees, if applicable, and provide Proof of Liability Insurance.

St. Mark facilities are not able to be rented on all National Holidays when the Parish Office is closed.
